1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using everenly.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

2. Who we are

Everenly is a brand operated by MB Lapurify. Our contact email is hello@everenly.com. We sell personal wellness products through everenly.com.

3. Products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content on the site are complete or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography conditions.

Our products are designed for personal comfort and relaxation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always read and follow the instructions and safety information supplied with the product. If you have an eye condition, have recently had eye surgery, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consult a healthcare professional before use.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.

You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided in connection with your purchase.

5. Orders & fulfillment

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Everenly is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. For consumers in the European Union, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the goods.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns & refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. In addition, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Full terms are set out in our Refund Policy and on our Right of Withdrawal page. By purchasing from us, you agree to those terms. None of them limit your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of Everenly / MB Lapurify and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

9. User conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. This does not affect the statutory legal guarantee of conformity that applies to goods sold to consumers under EU and Lithuanian law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everenly and MB Lapurify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
