The steam is warm, not hot: 38, 40 or 42 °C, and the device switches off after 5 minutes. Keep your eyes closed or relaxed during the session, start at 38 °C, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. If you have an eye condition, had eye surgery recently or have glaucoma, ask your eye doctor first.
Will it fix my dry eyes?

Can I use it with contact lenses?
